3. Call Recording Disclosure

Callzio records and transcribes all calls handled by our AI agent. These recordings are used to generate call summaries, improve our AI, and provide you with accurate lead information. You are responsible for disclosing to your callers that their calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your information or your customers' information to third parties. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., Retell AI for voice processing, Telnyx for telephony, Stripe for payments)
  • Law enforcement when required by law
  • Successors in the event of a merger or acquisition

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain call recordings and transcripts for 90 days by default. Business account information is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Our service relies on third-party providers including Retell AI (voice processing), Telnyx (telephony), Stripe (payments), and Make.com (automation). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
