Callzio AI LLC ("Callzio," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered answering and call management services for trade businesses. Our service answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, captures customer information, and notifies you of leads and appointment requests.
By signing up for or using Callzio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Callzio services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle. All fees are in US dollars. We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans — you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at admin@callzio.ai for a full refund.

Callzio records and transcribes calls handled by our AI agent. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including notifying callers that their call may be recorded. Many US states require all-party consent for call recording.
Our AI agent is designed to handle common call scenarios for trade businesses. It may not handle all situations perfectly. Callzio is not responsible for missed calls, incorrect information captured, or any business losses resulting from AI errors. We do not guarantee that our AI will always be available or error-free.
We treat your business information and your customers' information with strict confidentiality. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callzio's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callzio AI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
